This speedo has been restored by Speedy Cables,
It was stripped and rebuilt, they replated the rear housing and replaced the chrome bezel,
It has the important Smiths SN # of 4479/24 880 tpm
These numbers denote it as a speedo for the 1963-64 970/1071S with 3.76 final drive ratio
